null The National Assembly’s Committee on Sustainable Development Discussed the 2023 Activity Report of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary and His Deputies

Dr. Ákos Kozma, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary, and Dr. Gyula Bándi, Deputy Commissioner, Ombudsman for Future Generations, participated in the meeting of the National Assembly’s Committee on Sustainable Development on 9 Decembe, 2024. During the meeting, the committee reviewed the annual activity report of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights of Hungary and his Deputies.


 

Following the introductory remarks by the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and the Deputy Commissioner, the committee members posed questions regarding the report. After the provision of responses, the Committee on Sustainable Development deliberated on the report. In its final summary concluding the detailed committee debate, the Commitee determined with 6 votes in favor and 3 abstentions that the findings and measures included in the report were well-founded.
