On 22 October 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma attended a bilateral meeting with Polish Deputy Ombudsman Dr. Stanisław Trociuk in Visegrád. 

During their meeting, they discussed the question of the development of relations between the national fundamental rights protection institutions of the two countries. With a view to enhancing future cooperation, the Ombudsmen emphasized the importance of mutually sharing the expertise and best practices accumulated by the two institutions.
